Absolutely a great experience from speaking with Eve at the call center to Dawson who came out and identified two leaks as well as Heath ( it was a wet and wind day) who did an above and beyond repair and didn’t rush the job to get out of the weather. The job actually turned out to be larger than initially anticipated. That did not deter Heath from pressing on. He did a great job getting the pool back to looking great. I would not hesitate to call on Red Rhino again for any type of repair they might do..

Red Rhino showed up to find a leak in our brand new pool. The gentleman spent almost 6 hours going through every detail - checking pipe pressures, check valves, skimmers, and used dye around all returns, in-floor nozzles, edges of pool, and lights. He found the leak! He was very thorough, very professional, and quite knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

He explained what he would be doing, time required, & how he would patch any leaks in preparation for full repair at a later date.
