They diagnosed our pool leak quickly and efficiently (leak from around the skimmer), explained what they found, and were able to complete the repair a full week earlier than originally scheduled. RED RHINO technicians are amazing! Immanuel and Ricky repaired my pool leak yesterday, thanks to Jarrett discovering the leak in June. All 3 technicians are professional, very precise, detailed oriented, hard working, very friendly and pleasant! Although Immanuel & Ricky explained the process prior to starting the repairs, I was beginning to have 2nd thoughts until Ricky showed me pictures of their before and after previous works. Once Ricky & Immanuel finished the skimmer repair and placed all my patio bricks back in placed, it looked immaculate!! To me they went above and beyond my expectations! After RED RHINO had found leaks in my pool and spa, the crew turned up to fix them, namely George Lucas and Paul Nieves. What great guys! Very professional, efficient and super nice to go with it. They had to dig down through concrete deck to get to a broken pipe, and also try to patch other areas / tiles on a 21 year old pool! After their 4 hrs of hard work you could hardly tell they had been. Just super impressed with the whole experience with RED RHINO. Would have got 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you all. I have had RED RHINO at my home before they have always done a very good and professional job. Recently I had a young man named Connor who came to my home to replace the entire side skimmer unit. He was meticulous, professional and a non-stop working young man. Did an amazing job. I commend him for the job that he did. Took the time to pay attention to detail to make sure it worked and looked proper. Great work. Great employees. Remember the work was done on a over 40-year-old pool. Looks great.
I wish I could have gave RED RHINO 6 stars and tell everyone how great they were at everything. Communicate, customer service and responsiveness was amazing. I would recommend using RED RHINO. We used American Leak Detection and they were not able to find a leak and just sealed up my light in the pool. If you need work done and RED RHINO does that, you had better hire them and thank me after.
