Both gentlemen who came out to work on our pool leaks were excellent. The first gentleman who diagnosed the pool leaks called to let us know when he would be arriving, worked very hard and gave us a full report of the situation with a price estimate for the repairs when he was finished. The estimate was very reasonable. The gentleman doing the repairs was also prompt, worked hard, brought tiles to make the repair around the skimmer look like it had always been there and fixed all the leaks at a very reasonable price, again giving u a full report including and a 1 year warranty when he was finished.
Five-star service from start to finish! Jason started us off with the leak detection, being incredibly thorough and explaining the exact repair process in detail. Then, Paul came out for the repair work, and his craftsmanship was absolutely outstanding! He was meticulous, highly skilled, and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. I had been trying to find a reputable company to help determine why I was losing water in my spa, and was recommended RED RHINO!
From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The technician, Cody, was absolutely amazing! He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took his time examining every inch of my pool and spa and never made me feel like he was rushing through the job. His attention to detail and willingness to explain what he was doing gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.
What impressed us even more was the follow-up call the very next day on the leak test. That may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge impression on me and my husband. I had a very good experience with RED RHINO.
When I called the person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She took all of my information and informed me of the process, and I had a leak detection specialist, Ryan Williams, out very soon. I observed the process, and Ryan went through each and every possible leak point. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he went along. He located a leak in the skimmer throat and described the process for replacing that. He applied some putty to help stop the leak for a short time until I can decide when to get the skimmer throat replaced. I plan to have that done shortly.
We’ve had a leak in our pool ever since we purchased our new house a couple months ago and finally got around to calling a leak detection company that our pool cleaning company recommended. That company was RED RHINO and boy am I glad I did! They found the leak within the first ten minutes in the skimmer of the pool but didn’t stop there because they checked the entire pool and pump for any other leaks or issues. The other great thing is they don’t just find the leak but they will have it fixed within a very reasonable time frame for a very reasonable price.
Mark was the lead technician and he had a fantastic trainee who found the leak together and explained everything to me about the leak and even everything about my pool.
If I ever have another leak in my pool I definitely will call RED RHINO again!
My pool had a slow, intake (suction) side leak, which manifested as air getting into the system. RED RHINO sent a team out that confirmed the leak and then identified the source. They were able to narrow it down to a specific area just under my pool deck. About a week later they sent another team out to repair the leak. They cut a very small section (12 inches square) out of the deck, dug down to the pipe, fixed the leaking pipe joint, put the dirt back, and then patched the pool deck. The whole process was far less traumatic than I expected. The employees were all very professional and friendly. I unhesitatingly recommend RED RHINO if you have, or even suspect you have, a leak in your pool.
I am so happy with Rhinos service. They arrive when they promise to. They worked in the pouring rain to evaluate why our pool was losing an inch of water a day. Our skimmer had been poorly installed by our prior contractor. They schedule the repair the following day. The repair guy was also professional and arrived on time. His work on the skimmer was like an artist. So neat and tidy. He didn’t break any of our tiles. I highly recommend them.
