From the very beginning, RED RHINO Leak Detection was kind, understanding, and truly listened to my concerns. When scheduling, they took the time to go over pricing clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Ryan, the technician, was absolutely amazing. He came out, found the leak quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and even scheduled the repair for the very next day.
I had an excellent experience with Chris Wirick from RED RHINO Leak Division. Chris called 30 minutes before arriving, which I greatly appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
All I can say is WOW! They knocked it out of the park. Had a leak technician come to the house to find our leak, they did an extensive search with reports and videos, finding the leak by our skimmer. We had them fix it only 2 days later. The entire time all techs were professional, and during the skimmer replacement they kept the area clean throughout the project.
Chris from RED RHINO came out and spent a few hours checking for leaks in the pool and plumbing. While there was a leak, thankfully it was not as bad as expected and was minor to repair. I want to give praise to Chris in how well he represented RED RHINO.

Very detailed check on my inground pool. It was losing a little more than a quarter inch of water a day. RED RHINO showed up and showed me two areas that were leaking. Most water loss was around the skimmer box. Fixed it temporarily and provided me with an estimate to replace the skimmer box. Very reasonable. Also gives you peace of mind and no more worries. He performed the leak process and emailed me pictures of the process. He was able to seal the leak without any other services being needed. It’s a great company to do business with.
