Jarrod did an excellent job of finding my pool leak. The last company spent 10 minutes and didn’t find the leak. Then Brandt came out and fixed it and explained everything he was doing and what I can expect. Very highly recommended!
Roger and the entire RED RHINO team are fantastic. The communication and responsiveness from day one was excellent. They were able to quickly come out and assess the problems with the pool and get it fixed in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We had tried a number of other companies before, but RED RHINO was the only one who was able to actually stop the leaking in the pool. I highly recommend them.
First time using RED RHINO and they far exceeded my expectations. Nate came out to the house today and did a very thorough job of looking at our pool. During the entire process he kept me informed and up to date on both what he was doing and what he was finding. I could not be more pleased or more satisfied with the entire company and their focus on providing a terrific customer experience - highly recommend them!
If this company built homes, I’d have them build 10 for me! This company is honestly the BEST company I have ever dealt with for any work done on my home. It was stressful for me because I had been through this with another company who didn’t fix the problem properly 3 years ago. So, I found RED RHINO on Google and took a chance based on their reviews. Well…. From the first call with Kevin to the last conversation with Collin, everything went seamlessly! On time, literally walked from the gate straight to the pool and got right to work. Corey, Nick, Sheldon and Joe worked their butts off and were very meticulous in doing so. They did my repairs (the whole waterline was cracked) in 2 days. It looks amazing! Collin came back a 3rd day to pressure wash, just to make sure that they left my patio cleaner than it was before they got here. I have to give a special shout out to Collin for running all over Miami to find waterline tiles because I ended up not loving my original choice. But after lots of discussions with him we came up with a solution and my pool looks AWESOME!! I can’t say enough great things about this company, but if you want a company that is professional, punctual, efficient, detail- oriented, honest and caring, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO HIRE FOR YOUR POOL LEAKS!! Thank you so much for making an unfortunate situation, into a fantastic experience and now I have piece of mind that my job was done right! Thanks guys! I absolutely highly recommend RED RHINO, I wouldn’t even look anywhere else because I don’t think its possible to find a better group of people to work with.
The RED RHINO tech (Jason) found my pool leak and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Jason was on time, friendly, communicative, helpful, thorough, and very professional. I’ll have more to say later, after RED RHINO has done the repair. So far, I highly recommend them.
Zack the repair technician was exceptional. He explained the process used to repair and maintain my pool and completed the job in a timely manner. This company has the best customer service i’ve experienced in a long time.
