I had an outstanding experience with Red Rhino! They identified and corrected multiple intricate leaks in my pool’s plumbing system. Their team was thorough, skilled, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. I also want to give a special shoutout to Triston. His professionalism was exceptional from start to finish. He clearly explained every step, worked efficiently, and made sure all the repairs were done right. When I had a follow-up concern, Red Rhino honored their warranty without hesitation, standing firmly behind their work.

Jarrett, our Red Rhino technician work diligently and methodically for several hours, trying to locate the leak in our pool. He even returned another day in order to complete this process after doing some additional research on our pool. He was able to locate the leak and we will be using them in order to fix this leak. He was always on time, very courteous, and he open a direct line of communication with me and I was able to reach him at any moment in order to ask additional questions. I was very pleased with his work ethic and I am hoping that when they come back to fix the pool leak, it will finally resolve the problem that we have been dealing with for several months. I own multiple service based companies, Red Rhino is one of the best services I’ve ever hired, value, enthusiasm, and doing exactly what they said they would. The amount of time they spent on my property in relation to the price i was totally expecting a bait and switch. Price was the price there were no surprise extra costs at the end. Excellent and prompt service for a crack. The technician, Eddie, is very competent and removed all debris. Then he blended the repair into the pool surface and the patch is hardly noticeable. I had a previous repairs to the bottom drains and the light fixture and am pleased with the results. Red Rhino is competent and timely. RED RHINO IS THE BEST!!!
The person that came out to check the leak was very friendly and very knowledgeable of finding the leak, also the man came to fix the leak also was very friendly and knowledgeable how to fix the leak. I would highly recommend Red Rhino to anyone!
