Our pool had a leak but we could never figure out where the problem was. We had a service that showed us how we could use putty and fix it but that never truly worked. Someone recommended this company and I’m glad. I’ve never had any company communicate as well as this company. They took detailed pictures of the leak and checked the entire system even after they found the leak. He took the time to show us how he discovered it. He also described how they would repair it. They sent a detailed proposal and followed it up with details and pictures of the work. The finished repair looks fantastic. The entire staff is kind and courteous. They even follow up to be sure you were happy with the work. This is a model company
After dealing with an ongoing pool leak, RED RHINO Leak Repair was the second company to come out—and they were the ones who actually found and fixed the problem correctly. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, responsive, and great to work with.
A special thank you to Sam Massey, who handled the repair. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure the job was done right. Not only did he successfully repair the leak, but he also did an outstanding job restoring the area afterward.
RED RHINO came recommended from a friend. Talked to them about repairing a crack that developed in the seat of our spa. I had a very positive experience from my first contact at the office with Sienna, to the evaluation and estimate provided by Jason. Anthony was my technician. He came on site 8/5/26 and worked for about 3-4 hours to fill the crack and match the surface color as close as possible. It had been 5 years since the pool surface had been renovated and I think he did a great job in matching the color.
I had previous experience with pool leak detection and I can tell you it was nowhere near organized or as professional as what I just experienced with RED RHINO. The communication was above and beyond, they accommodated us quickly, which doesn’t always happen and they were very efficient pinpointing the leaks. Leaks are costly but dependability and professionalism are very important to me. You get what you pay for! Thank you!

Nick and Emmanuel were awesome 👏 they both explained everything throughly and the icing on the cake was Emmanuel speaking Spanish to my mom, which is amazing for clear communication with us bilingual clients ❤️ will most definitely use them again ⭐️

Unicorns aren't real. You can't fly. Pool leaks don't fix themselves. And pretending you don't have a problem isn't going to make it go away.
