We were very impressed with our experience with Red Rhino, from the evaluation and repair. Both technicians thoroughly outlined the concerns and the repairs needed. Appointments were scheduled quickly, and excellent communication as to arrival time. Our repairs were done with care, minimal to no damage to existing tiles and brickwork. We highly recommend this company for pool leak detection and repair.
Raul was persistent in his pursuit of the leak and finally found it. He is a great personality and conveyed what he was doing at all times. He is an asset as an employee of Red Rhino.
Ryan was friendly and professional. Arrived on time. Worked non stop . He cleaned up the pool area very nicely before he left. Explained his process and gave good advice. Pleasant to work with. Definitely will use Red Rhino again if similar problems arise in the future.

Excellent company to deal with when your pool has a leak. Zac replaced our skimmer and when he finished he cleaned up the pool and pool deck. I was glad to receive such professional workmanship.
Their repair team was one of the most professional, efficient and accurate group I ever had working at my property. The best is they cleaned up everything when finished and did not leave work for me. I can recommend Red Rhino at the highest level possible.
I truly appreciated the honesty and flexibility during my pool evaluation. The office staff was professional and patient, and the technician was excellent, he explained the leak in simple, human language so I didn’t need a PhD in pool science 😂. Great experience overall!
Brandt from Red Rhino did an excellent job fixing the leak in the main drain of our pool. With the pool drained of water, he had to remove the drain cover and the concrete pool shell about 2 - 3 inches around the drain. After putting in the new drain cover, he had to put rebuild the concrete shell around the drain and cover it with Marcite matching our pool. It's almost impossible to tell that he did the repair by looking at it - it looks so good and blends in perfectly. Brandt was also very good and explaining everything to us, and answering all our questions. Great job done by a very professional worker.
