My in-ground swimming pool was leaking about 100 gallons per day. I contacted RED RHINO to detect the location of the leakage. RED RHINO arrived the following day and spent 3 hours checking all of the circulation piping and pool penetrations visually and sonically. RED RHINO found leakage at the underwater floodlight and at the vent piping under the concrete pool deck. RED RHINO returned the following workday and performed the repairs which involved cutting the concrete pool deck to expose the defective vent piping and also the removal of the pool light housing to repair the concrete opening. I was impressed with the work ethic of the RED RHINO technicians to complete this project in just 2 extra long days. The quality of the work was exceptional.

5-Star Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RED RHINO Leak Detection was fantastic from start to finish!! 🦏 I had the pleasure of working with Darryn and Miles throughout the process. They were incredibly thorough throughout, spending time checking skimmers, valves, pressure of the pipes, and everything else! They were so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything clearly. Really, they made me feel less stressed throughout this whole situation, so I am most thankful for that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable leak detection!! 🦏🦏
After the leak detection crew (Brian, Dave, Cody) did a very thorough analysis of my pool, Zach came to make repairs to the spa. I was a little worried because previous repairs (by a company I will not name) were poor. Very rough patching and a substantial mess left behind. But this was totally different - completely professional and a really good repair of the foundation of the spillway. He used tiles with a complementary color as a replacement and the overall look is very pleasing. If I had known this option was available I would have had the spa repaired long ago instead of keeping on trying to patch it. Thanks to the Rhino guys.
Mason was AMAZING. He came and did a leak detection on my pool. He was extremely patient and explained everything he was doing and then explained what he found after. He was thorough and meticulous. He explained how the leaks would be fixed and the cost. He also went above and beyond by hosing down my entire pool area. He left it in better condition than when he came. Lu came the next day and went to work fixing the leaks. He explained what he was going to do and how things would look after he was done. He had to do a mini remodel on part of my pool to get to and fix two of the leaks. When he was able to access the area of the leaks, they were more extensive than first thought. He fixed everything and the leaks are fixed. He did a fabulous job. I will always highly recommend RED RHINO for leak detection and leak repair.
We are first time pool home owners, so when we detected a leak my wife and I were a little panicked, given our extremely limited knowledge and inexperience with pools. Everyone we spoke to recommended RED RHINO and we are so glad that we did. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. From scheduling the first appointment to the final inspection, I felt like the whole team was there for me. The quote for the work was extremely fair, and I love that they didn’t try to push any unnecessary work, focusing instead on the problem and hand; so I never felt like I was being sold into something we didn’t need. We were always notified when a tech was in bound, and they take regular photos and videos of the work being done, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the outstanding team they sent to repair my pool. These two young men were absolute professionals—they quickly located the leaks, completed the repairs flawlessly, and left the work area immaculately clean.They explained the problems with the pool and even showed me a picture of how the previous owner tried to mask the problem. These fellows were extremely knowledgeable. And by the time they were finished, I knew everything I needed to know about how my pool runs.Beyond their top-notch craftsmanship, what touched me most was their incredible kindness and empathy. When I happened to mention that I lost my husband last year, they surprised me with a sweet card and flowers. Seeing young men who take such genuine pride in their work and show such genuine compassion to a stranger is truly rare. I am deeply grateful for their skill, respect, and kindness, and I highly recommend them to anyone!
RED RHINO is the best especially John. My pool reopened a leak that was previously repaired poorly by another company. In came John from RED RHINO and he was awesome. Brick pavers had to be lifted and pool tile removed. I had neither replacement pieces since pool and patio are 8 years old. John saved them all from breaking. Meticulous care and worker. After the job was completed he cleaned up everything!! And a thank you gift was left. They are a great company. Will definitely use again if needed. Five stars for John.
