It was easy to make an appointment for a pool leak diagnosis. Andrew from Red Rhino showed up as promised, did a thorough check and found the leak. He then facilitated the follow-up for repair. Again, Clarence came as promised, drained the pool, did a major repair which he completed in one day and left no mess behind. Throughout, the guys were professional and forthcoming.
So, very good experience with Red Rhino although, of course, we'd hope never to need them again.
Blake identified the leak in a very methodical manner. Kept me informed of the different methods he was using along the way. Once located, Michael came out the next day, cut into the deck and replaced the broken section. He then refilled the hole and patched the decking almost perfectly. Both tech were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Red Rhino to anyone.

Service was excellent. Michael was very competent and answered my annoying questions as he was inspecting the pool for leaks and what he was doing to fix them. I would highly recommend

So glad the local town FB group recommended RED RHINO. From the moment I called to make the appointment I knew I was in good hands. They showed up right on time and spent hours looking over every tile, drain, etc. they even went above and beyond and found leaks at my pump and gave me a detailed report for my pool guy to repair! They fixed all the small leaks which was included in the initial consult. They also gave me options for the main leak. The price was so reasonable and they came out the next day to do it! I wasn't home but the technician even called to let me know he turned the hose on for me to fill the pool. Can't recommend them enough!
My dog gets excited when someone comes to the house for any reason. The gentleman from RED RHINO took the time to calm my dog before he went to work. As the result, my dog actually went to sleep instead of raising cane the whole time they were here. I really appreciated the calmness by my dog while the RED RHINO people were here.
